At the moment there’s often delays in getting your new notice boards on a next day service. It’s a perfect storm with staff shortages and huge demand on their services. So if it’s slightly delayed, please bear with us.
Another problem worth mentioning, is the importance of checking your order for damage in transit. We carefully inspect and package each item to avoid damage in transit, but it can happen. There’s only a 24 hour window for us to report damaged items, which is why we encourage you to check everything.
In addition to outlining this on all our invoices, we also put a large sticker on the side of most items asking you to check everything.
If you do notice something isn’t right after 48 hours, we can’t claim from the courier and this reduces the chances of us being able to help.
So please check everything as soon as you can.
