All our products are sent on a next working day service (mainland UK only) and as a rule, they’re very good. We have the option to select a specific day, and for a small charge we can upgrade the service to either a times slot or ask the courier to call and let you know when they’ll arrive.
As the products are high value items, we generally don’t recommend asking the courier to leave the orders unattended either in a residential address or commercial premises. The reason is that if any damage occurs during transit, we need to report it to the courier to claim off their insurance.
