About Yate
Yate is a town and civil parish in South Gloucestershire, England. It lies just to the southwest of the Cotswold Hills and is 12 miles (19 kilometres) northeast of Bristol city middle and 11 miles (18 kilometres) from the middle of Bath, with regular rail contacts to both cities.
