There’s no point in our production department working hard to perfect our products only for the courier to throw it around in their van and dump it unattended on your door step. So each time we send something out, it has to be signed for by the customer and we ask the customer to check there’s no damage to the board.
Unlike some big name online retailers who employ couriers that always seem to be in a rush, our couriers already have their schedule planned out in advance.
